RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

At Shoppers Horizon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products that have been customised or personalised.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank; there is often a processing delay before refunds appear.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at (Support@shoppershorizon.com)

Follow these steps to return an item:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the “Order History” section.
  • Find the order and click on “Request Return.”
  • Follow the instructions and print the return shipping label provided.
  • Package the item securely and attach the return label.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest courier service location.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and select the exchange option. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at (Support@shoppershorizon.com or (345) 323 – 6887.) Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
